ご注文の処理 / Order Processing
SLARの商品は、注文を受けてから生産パートナーを通じて製造・発送されます。
All SLAR products are made to order through our production partner,
通常、ご注文から1〜6営業日で生産・発送準備が行われます。
商品や注文状況によって、生産期間が前後する場合があります。
Orders are typically processed and produced within 1–6 business days before being shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
配送について / Shipping
SLARでは、世界各国への配送に対応しています。
ただし、国や地域、商品によって配送できない場合があります。
We offer international shipping to many countries and regions worldwide. However, shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and product.
配送方法および送料は、お届け先、注文内容、選択された配送方法に応じて、チェックアウト時に表示されます。
Available shipping methods and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order contents, and selected shipping method.
配送目安 / Estimated Shipping Times
生産完了後の配送期間の目安は以下の通りです。
Estimated shipping times after production are as follows:

International Shipping: 平均約5日 / approximately 5 days on average

Special Line: 平均約10日 / approximately 10 days on average

Standard Shipping: 平均約25日 / approximately 25 days on average
配送期間はあくまで目安であり、到着を保証するものではありません。
また、上記の配送期間には生産にかかる時間は含まれていません。
These shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times.
Shipping times do not include production time.
税関手続き、現地の祝日、天候、配送業者の遅延、繁忙期などの影響により、通常より配送に時間がかかる場合があります。
Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, local holidays, weather, carrier delays, peak-season volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
追跡について / Tracking
商品が発送されると、追跡番号を記載した発送通知メールをお送りします。
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
追跡番号を使用して、配送状況をご確認いただけます。
You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
関税・輸入税について / Customs, Duties & Taxes
海外からのご注文には、お届け先の国によって関税、輸入税、その他の手数料が発生する場合があります。
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country.
これらの費用が発生する場合、その負担についてはお届け先の国の制度およびチェックアウト時の表示に従います。
If such fees apply, responsibility for these charges will depend on the regulations of the destination country and the information provided at checkout.
国によって関税や輸入に関する制度が異なるため、SLARではこれらの費用を事前に保証することはできません。
Customs regulations vary by country, and SLAR cannot guarantee whether or how much you may be charged.
配送先住所について / Shipping Address
ご注文の際は、お名前、住所、郵便番号、電話番号などの配送先情報を正確にご入力ください。
Please make sure that your name, shipping address, postal code, phone number, and other contact information are accurate and complete when placing your order.
お客様が入力された住所や連絡先に誤りがあり、商品をお届けできなかった場合、再発送にかかる送料等をご負担いただく場合があります。
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer, additional shipping or reshipping costs may apply.
発送後は配送先住所を変更できない場合があります。
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
配送中の遅延・紛失・破損について / Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
商品が大幅に遅延している、配送中に紛失した、または破損した状態で届いた場合は、注文番号と詳細をご連絡ください。
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.
破損した商品については、商品到着後できるだけ早くご連絡いただき、商品の状態および梱包の写真をお送りください。
For damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
SLARは、生産・配送パートナーと確認のうえ、該当する配送トラブルについて対応いたします。
SLAR will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate and resolve eligible shipping issues.
配送対象地域について / Shipping Availability
配送業者の制限、税関規制、各国の法律、その他の事情により、一部の国・地域への配送を一時的または恒久的に停止する場合があります。
Some countries or regions may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, local laws, or other circumstances.
配送対象外の地域については、チェックアウト時にご注文いただけない場合があります。
If shipping is unavailable to your destination, the order may not be able to be completed at checkout.
